Aspire today unveils its “Future of Finance 50” List for 2024, this year featuring 50 female finance leaders who are at the forefront of Asia’s tech-enabled finance revolution. The 2024 edition of the list features CFOs and finance leaders from Foodpanda, Temasek, Lazada and many more across Asia.

This year, Aspire is recognising the exceptional women who are not just excelling in their roles, but also driving technical transformation within the finance sectors.  The move to focus on female finance leaders in 2024 is a deliberate step towards addressing the underrepresentation of women in finance leadership positions. As of December 2023, only 18% of CFOs of Fortune 500 companies are female.

Aspire aims to champion those who are not only shattering the glass ceiling but pushing their companies to innovate for financial efficiency. Through automation, they are saving time and generating more precise insights that allow their businesses to recalibrate their finances in a timely manner. The honorees of this list - nominated by their peers and Aspire’s CFOXchange community - represent the changemakers and early-adopters of this mentality.

When speaking about this year’s Future of Finance 50s list, Andrea Baronchelli, Aspire’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “In a time where the tech landscape is increasingly volatile, and economic pressures loom large, the need for visionary leadership is more important than ever. This year’s Future of Finance 50 list underlines our commitment to elevating the voices of female finance leaders who are not only tackling these challenges head-on but are also paving the way for more inclusive, technology-driven growth in the finance industry. ”
